Alex Lind has been working in the Spanish real estate business since 2014. Over the years, Lind Property has assisted more than 500 international clients with property transactions, relocation and long-term rentals on the Costa Blanca. Our database includes more than 3,800 properties across our areas of operation, allowing us to identify suitable options according to each client's requirements.

2014
Long-Term Rentals
We started in the Costa Blanca with long-term rentals. Working directly with tenants, landlords and local communities gave us a strong understanding of the local market and the people who live here.
2018
Resale Property
We expanded into the resale property market, working closely with private owners and buyers. This deepened our understanding of property checks, ownership, documentation, negotiations and the practical details of a successful resale transaction.
2021
New-Build Properties
We expanded into the new-build property market, building direct relationships with developers and gaining experience across residential developments throughout the Costa Blanca.
